How does the B.O.S.S. Professional Program Work?

The B.O.S.S. Professional Program consists of a set amount of customized coaching sessions decided upon by you or your team. 

This depends on several factors such as the size of your team (or if you are an individual), how ready you are to take action, how you choose to implement your sessions, and what you are aiming to achieve? Each client learns and implements at their own pace, but The B.O.S.S. Professional Program is designed to generally be a 3 year program, with the first year focused on laying the foundation once-per-week, the second year continuing the work once-per-month, and the third year solidifying the pulse annually as well as once-per-quarter. 

Sessions are typically 75 minutes long, but can range up to 8 hours, depending on the purpose and session type.  

Sessions begin once-per-week, then move to once-per-month, then move to once per quarter and annually.

If you are in Boise, Idaho or the surrounding area we meet in person for customized consulting at your place of business, or offsite depending on the session type. If you are not in Boise, Idaho or the surrounding area we meet digitally via Zoom for weekly and monthly sessions, and in-person for quarterly and annual sessions.
